TERMS OF SALE & SHPPING POLICY

A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve a kid. Deposits are nonrefundable unless said kid is not born. At this time we give you the choice to apply your deposit to another kid of your choice or equal value or apply it with a reserved price on kid for following breeding season. We recommend you make a second choice of a kid in case the kid you have chosen is not available.

Reservations are recorded in the order that they are received. You will be notified when your kid is born. You will have ten business days to make a final purchase decision and send full payment. If full payment has not been received within ten days of notification of birth the kid will be offered to the next person on the list.

We reserve the right to select herd replacements before filling purchase orders. This is noted on all web pages if a replacement is being kept. Prices quoted are for pre-ordered kids only. Boarding fees will be applied to kids not picked up by four weeks of age unless other arrangements have been made.

For animals not picked up at our farm we can arrange delivery via airfreight from Medford Airport. Costs for health certificate, shipping crate, air transportation and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be prepaid. Kids are shipped at four to six weeks of age to the major airport nearest to purchaser. Transportation to Portland Airport Additional Charges Will apply.

We do offer discounts at times on multiple purchases and offer some bucklings private treaty. * meaning a private agreement between buyer and seller on a certain price. Prices are negotiable at times. Discounts to multiple purchases and discounts to homes that show or do test or Linear Appraisal.

There are no guarantees of CAE Free animals. We maintain a CAE Prevention program ( all kids are kept separate and fed colostrum replacer and pasteurized milk). We will replace any animal raised by us, who tests positive for CAE within a reasonable amount of time. For replacement of an animal blood must be drawn, and tattoos on said animal read by a licensed veterinarian, and sent to WSU for testing. Copy of results and signed letter from Veterinarian must be furnished for a replacement.

Exceptions for replacement would be animals we sell we did not raise, animals exposed to CAE animals or circumstances where an animal may contract CAE. CAE is to unpredictable to make promises, we work hard to raise kids cae free and will gladly work something out with you. We will not refund money under any circumstances but would be happy to exchange a kid of equal value the following year.

If you are adamant about CAE and are interested in an older animal we have for sale we suggest you have cae tests done before the purchase. We do not test. We will be happy to draw blood and send to WSU for you. If the status of an animal is known we will post it if we offer the animal for sale. Tests done are at your expense.
